General Info & Hotel/Ticket Packages

Athlete Fee - $243 - Click Here To See Breakdown Of Fees

Will be posted on your account on 3/2/26 and will be due in full 3/15/26

Practice Schedule:

• Tuesday March 31st | 6:30-8:30pm - Extended Practice
• Tuesday April 7th | 6:30-8:30pm - Extended Practice
• Sunday April 12th | 2-4pm - Extra Practice
• Monday April 13th | 5:30-7:30pm - Last Practice Before Worlds
• No Practices April 14th & 15th
• Normal Practices Resume April 21st

Send Off Performance:

• Saturday April 11th | 6:30pm (Date & Time tentative - We are trying to find a venue)
• Athletes will receive 2 free tickets - All others will pay - Price TBD
• We are trying to find a venue big enough for parents to set up booths to help raise money as well
• Money from ticket sales will be used to cover a team dinner or bonding TBD

Lodging Packages

• Please read through the entire brochure provided - it will answer a ton of questions and it has a lot of important information
• When booking a room or buying park tickets you must include your athlete.
• $110 Deposit when booking the room and Final payment for lodging package is DUE March 4, 2026.

Staying Without A Lodging Package

• If you choose to stay elsewhere - You must still buy a park ticket package (if you want to go to the parks) or a Spectator Ticket Package if you are only going to the event.
• If you buy a 2 Day Spectator Ticket package and we do not make it to Day 2 - You will not get a refund
• If you buy a Lodging Package or a Park Ticket Package you do not need to buy spectator tickets as they are included.
• If you buy Spectator Tickets only or a Park Ticket Package you will not have transportation to and from the convention center.

Traveling To Florida

• We of course recommend Flying
• Please make sure you arrive to Orlando on Wednesday April 15th as we do not know our times for Thursday.
• If you drive - please be sure to plan extra time for any troubles on the road - do not plan on arriving to Orlando on Thursday.
• Airfare is completely separate from all lodging packages offered by All Star Worlds
• Flying out of hobbs on United is easy & convenient but also check Lubbock or Midland & rates may be cheaper, and times may fit your schedule better!

Fundraising

• We will be doing a Double Good soon - We will not be doing any other team fundraising but parents are more than welcome to do any they want! Please do not sell any Zia Merch - that is our main request.
• If you are planning a "team" fundraiser please run it by us first. We do not want anything mandatory being done, as we do not require fundraising.
• Your credit on your account can be used for the Athlete Fee - but not traveling.
• If you get any sponsors or anything for this - please try to get them in Cash or made out to you on the check - once Money is paid to Zia Cheer it cannot be paid back to you for travel.
